Features

The shopping gallery
An ambitious $26 million revitalization program, started in 1993 and competed in 2000, made it possible to open the shopping gallery onto the street and add new boutiques and restaurants. The food court and public spaces were also entirely renovated.
The Complexe Desjardins shopping gallery is spread out over three levels and includes 110 commercial spaces. The three levels are :
- Allée des congrès;
- Place;
- Promenade.

- A brightly lit shopping gallery is laid out around a large, central public space measuring 15,000 square feet;
- The Mediterranean-concept food court has 16 outlets and 1,100 seats, including a terrace opening directly onto the Grande-Place;

Storage
Storage spaces of various dimensions are available for rent at Complexe Desjardins. These spaces are mainly located at the 1est, 2nd and 3rd basement levels and are accessible via the building’s service and freight elevators.

Features
- Peripheral wall of rental spaces are built of concrete block with steel grillage in the upper parts, with solid-core doors;
- An existing ceiling in unpainted formwork concrete;

- Existing fluorescent lighting, corresponding to an approximate power of one (1) watt per square footage of occupied space;
- A/C distribution through a shared system serving storage spaces for non-perishable goods;

Indoor parking
A large indoor parking lot with a 1,100-vehicle capacity is available for visitors to Complexe Desjardins and neighbouring areas.
Major renovations to the indoor parking completed in 2005 have created a brighter, cleaner and safer environment for users. In addition, the parking lot is now more functional than ever, with two exit stations on the Jeanne Mance side and 2 others on the St. Urbain side, greatly facilitating vehicle circulation and exit, especially during rush-hour.
A completely automatic payment system is also available. However, clients can always go to an agent to pay for their parking or to ask for information.
