PARKING

NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION WORK-CORNER OF ST-URBAIN STE CATHERINE
Ville de Montréal will soon begin construction work at the corner of Ste-Catherine and St-Urbain streets, as a result of which the intersection will be closed to southbound traffic for around three week, effective October 25, 2008.
Access to the parking area via St-Urbain will be open in the opposite direction, from boulevard René-Lévesque. The parking lot exit on St-Urbain will not be affected by these temporary changes.
The Jeanne-Mance entrance to the parking area will also remain accessible.

Complexe Desjardins has a fully renovated underground parking area with 1,050 places. The entrances are located on Jeanne-Mance St. and St. Urbain St. and are open 24 hours per day. Rates vary, depending on the parking period. A special promotion allows you to enjoy free parking at certain times and under certain conditions.

Daily rates
$3 for every 20 minutes
$19/day (24 hours)
Special rate
$10/day, Monday to Friday, from 5 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays
Automated payment system
The automated payment system allows you to pay for your parking quickly and easily, as follows :
- Remember to take a parking stub from the card reader at the entrance.
- Upon your return, simply insert the stub into an automated pay station* and make your payment in cash or by credit card. Once you have completed your transaction, your validated parking stub will be returned to you.
- To exit the parking facility, use the lane reserved for pre-paid tickets and simply insert your validated parking stub into the card reader at the exit.
Prepayment
You may also pay your parking fare upon arrival, as follows :
- Remember to take a parking stub from the card reader at the entrance.
- Upon arrival, go to an automated pay station* and insert your ticket stub.
- Select the “prepayment” option and choose the amount you wish to pay. Your ticket will be validated until the time indicated on it.
- To exit the parking facility, use the lane reserved for pre-paid tickets and simply insert your validated parking stub into the card reader at the exit.
*The 4 automated pay stations are located at :
- Level 2 (Place) of the shopping mall, in the corridor leading to Place des Arts (2).
- Level P1 of the parking facility, near the Jeanne-Mance (hotel) elevators.
- Level P2 of the parking facility, near the Jeanne-Mance (hotel) elevators.
IMPORTANT: Always keep your validated ticket stub to facilitate your exit from the parking facility.
Valet parking
Valet parking services are available to clients from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Parking for persons with limited mobility
14 parking spaces located near the elevators on Level 1 are reserved for persons with limited mobility.
Free parking
With total purchases of $25 or more at Complexe Desjardins’ shops and restaurants, your parking is free :
Thursday and Friday, after 5 p.m. (with entrance to parking facilities after 5 p.m.) .
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
