SERVICES OFFERED TO TENANTS
 

Layout


The Complexe provides a project management service that can address the specific needs of the tenants in terms of the layout, construction, redesign and renovation of their office space. Some of the activities included in this service are:  

 

  • Project organization, according to tenant needs;
  • Coordination of professionals involved in the project;
  • Preparation of calls for tender and analysis of bids;
  • Awarding and follow-up of contracts following tenant approval;
  • Follow-up and management of construction work;
  • Administrative management of the project.

Maintenance


A basic maintenance service is provided to all tenants. This service includes, among other things, the performance of regular cleaning services offered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as well as periodic services offered on an annual basis. All tenants can therefore operate in a clean and sanitary environment. All cleaning products used by the service provider are green products. In addition, specific services are also available to tenants on an as-needed basis.

 

Security


Upon request, the Security department can provide certain complementary services : 

 

  • Preventive patrols;
  • Escort service;
  • Assistance for people who are ill or injured;
  • Security investigations;
  • Response to burglar alarms;
  • V.I.P. and tactical services for special events;
  • Fire brigade training;
  • Emergency measures and crisis management.

Communication


An internal newsletter, LE TOUR À TOUR, published every six weeks keeps tenants informed about activities and new features at the Complexe. Other means are used to ensure constant communication between the Administration and the various tenant groups.

 

Services Centre


The Services Centre is the sorting centre where all tenant service requisitions related to their rented space are directed. The Centre looks after sending the requisitions to the appropriate individuals or groups to handle execution of work orders. 

Examples of service requisitions* : 

 

  • Temporary parking at the receiving dock;
  • 4 restaurants with table service;
  • Turn on or shut off lights;
  • Maintenance for specific installations (electricity, plumbing, etc.) ($);
  • Key copying;
  • Reserve an elevator or receiving dock ($);
  • Waste container or dumpster ($);
  • Special cleaning services ($);
  • Any other request for special services ($).

* Some of these services are subject to fees; tenants must always verify the specific clauses in their lease.

Tenants’ authorized representatives may now address their requests to the Centre through the
l’extranet du complexe Desjardins (in French only). It is still possible to make requests by phone, at 514-281-1000.

The Services Centre is open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Security will handle any emergency situations that occur outside those business hours.
