Communications

  An internal newsletter published every six weeks keeps tenants informed about activities and new features at the Complexe. Other means are used to ensure constant communication between the Administration and the various groups of tenants.

Layout

  The Complexe provides a layout management service that can address the specific needs of the tenants.
  The Place Desjardins Inc. layout department has a bank of professionals who can help tenants draw up plans, and electromechanical and architectural specifications and provides the services of designers and material handlers. The tenants can call on these professionals for help with specific needs.
 

Maintenance

  A basic maintenance service is provided to all tenants. Specific or periodic services are also available.

Security / Prevention

  + A remote surveillance system with 100 color cameras, including 16 motion detection cameras in the basements. The system can record for 31 consecutive days.
  + Security desk staffed 24 hours a day.
  + Electronic patrol system with over 300 detection points.
  + Network of 150 fire station telephones, namely one per floor, in addition to sectorial telephones in the infrastructure.
  Security training
  All of the security guards have received specialized training (courses in industrial and commercial security, first-aid, using fire extinguishers, evacuating tall buildings, emergency measures and crisis management and customer service).
  Complementary services upon request
  + Foot or motorized patrols;
  + Escort service throughout the facilities;
  + Assistance for people who are ill or injured;
  + Investigations into incidents of all kinds;
  + Access control;
  + Response to burglar alarms;
  + V.I.P. and tactical service for special events.
  Intervention team
  The Security intervention team has been trained to act quickly in the event of emergencies such as attacks, an individual who is ill or injured, fire, bomb threat, power failure, water damage, gas leak, etc.
