The Customer Service counter is responsible for helping and guiding visitors and users through the various products and services offered at complexe Desjardins. The counter also includes a remote surveillance station operated by Security.   The members of the Customer Service team have been specially trained and are thoroughly familiar with complexe Desjardins' tenants as well as the products and services available, and can easily guide visitors throughout the facility. When necessary, they can also guide visitors throughout Montreal's downtown area. Counter hours are as follows:   Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.   Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.   Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.   Sunday: 12:00 noon to 5:30 p.m.
